The Hermon Hawks baseball team scored 6 runs and limited the visiting Nokomis Warriors to 1 in the Hawks league victory on Friday.
The Hawks (5-6) will now prepare for their match against Bangor (Bangor, ME). The Rams go into the non-league match with a 7-4 record. In their last match, Bangor was overwhelmed by Hampden (Hampden, ME), 5-4, in a league match.
The Warriors (5-7) will now prepare for their match against Winslow (Winslow, ME). The Black Raiders go into the Class B North match with a 1-11 record. In their last match, Winslow was overwhelmed by Lawrence (Fairfield, ME), 12-1, in a league match.
