The Rock Ridge co-op [Eveleth-Gilbert/Virginia] Wolverines baseball team scored 8 runs and limited the visiting South Ridge Panthers to 3 in the Wolverines non-league victory on Friday.
The Wolverines (9-10) will now prepare for their match against Ely (Ely, MN). The Timberwolves go into the Arrowhead match with a 7-5 record.
The Panthers (13-4) will now prepare for their match against Warroad (Warroad, MN). The Warriors go into the non-league match with a 6-8 record. In their last match, Warroad was overwhelmed by East Grand Forks (East Grand Forks, MN), 8-3, in a non-league match.
