Kentucky High School Softball - Bracken County bounces Bourbon County

The Bracken County Polar Bears (Brooksville, KY) softball routed the visiting Bourbon County Colonels (Paris, KY), 7-0 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Polar Bears (25-6) will now prepare for their bout against Fleming County (Flemingsburg, KY). The Panthers go into the non-league bout with a 12-11 record. In their last bout, Fleming County was routed by Montgomery County (Mt. Sterling, KY), 23-8, in a non-league bout.

The Colonels now possess a 9-13 record. They play next when they host Frederick Douglass for a non-league bout on Saturday, May 18.
