The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Archbishop Williams Bishops (Braintree, MA) and the host Tewksbury Memorial Redmen (Tewksbury, MA), saw Archbishop Williams's baseball team gain a win over Tewksbury Memorial by a tally of 7-0.
The Bishops (5-12) will now prepare for their battle against St. John Paul II (Hyannis, MA). The Lions enter the non-league battle with a 18-1 record. In their last battle, St. John Paul II held off Carver (Carver, MA), 10-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Redmen face the Chelmsford Lions (North Chelmsford, MA) in a non-league battle, on Sunday, May 18. Tewksbury Memorial will attempt to upgrade on its 8-9 season record. The Lions enter the battle with a 12-6 record after their 19-2 league win over Lowell (Lowell, MA).
