The Freeland Falcons (Freeland, MI) baseball trounced the visiting Cheboygan Chiefs (Cheboygan, MI), 11-4 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Falcons now own a 13-4 record. They take the field next when they host Sault Area for a non-league challenge on Saturday, May 17.
With the defeat, Cheboygan drops to 0-14 on the year. The Chiefs host Harbor Springs (Harbor Springs, MI) to clash with the Rams in a non-league challenge on Monday, May 19. The Rams go into the challenge with a record of 7-8. Harbor Springs lost 4-0 in their recent league challenge against Boyne City (Boyne City, MI)
