The Fairhaven Blue Devils baseball team scored 2 runs and held the host Somerset Berkley Regional Raiders to 1 in the Blue Devils league win on Saturday.
The Blue Devils now own a 9-8 record. They take the field next when they host Apponequet Regional for a South Coast test on Sunday, May 18. Fairhaven will clash with a Lakers team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Seekonk (Seekonk, MA). The Lakers record now stands at 6-6.
With the defeat, Somerset Berkley Regional drops to 13-5 on the year. The Raiders host Durfee (Fall River, MA) to clash with the Hilltoppers in a non-league test on Tuesday, May 20. The Hilltoppers go into the test with a record of 9-7. Durfee lost 6-1 in their recent non-league test against Middleborough (Middleborough, MA)
