The Rolling Meadows Mustangs baseball squad (Rolling Meadows, IL), was edged 4-3 in Saturday's non-league contest with the host Grant Community Bulldogs (Fox Lake, IL)
With the triumph, Grant Community moves its record to 15-13 on the season. The Bulldogs host Grayslake North (Grayslake, IL) to confront the Knights in a Northern Lake County contest on Monday, May 19. The Knights come into the contest with a record of 6-22.
The Mustangs now possess a 20-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Barrington for a Mid-Suburban - West contest on Monday, May 19. Rolling Meadows will confront a Fillies/Broncos squad coming off a 5-4 non-league loss to Wheeling (Wheeling, IL). The Fillies/Broncos record now stands at 19-9.
