Palatine Pirates (Palatine, IL) fans left the game pleased Saturday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Marengo Indians (Marengo, IL), 11-3 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, Palatine advances its record to 22-9 on the season. The Pirates travel to Hersey (Arlington Heights, IL) to battle the Huskies in a non-league match on Monday, May 19. The Huskies come into the match with a record of 24-6. Hersey won 7-3 in their recent non-league match against Libertyville (Libertyville, IL)
The Indians now have a 21-9 record.
