The Marshfield Tigers baseball team scored 13 runs and held the host Waunakee Warriors to 11 in the Tigers non-league win on Saturday.

The Tigers now hold a 8-15 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wausau West for a Wisconsin Valley test on Tuesday, May 20. Marshfield will play a Warriors team coming off a 7-2 non-league loss to Chippewa Falls (Chippewa Falls, WI). The Warriors record now stands at 7-14.

With the defeat, Waunakee drops to 9-12 on the year. The Warriors travel to Holmen (Holmen, WI) to play the Vikings in a non-league test on Saturday, May 17. The Vikings go into the test with a record of 14-5. Holmen won 10-3 in their recent league test against Onalaska (Onalaska, WI)
