Illinois High School Baseball - West Aurora prevails Schaumburg

May 17, 2025: Schaumburg, IL 60194

In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting West Aurora Blackhawks baseball team scored a nice 12-3 win over the Schaumburg Saxons.

The Blackhawks (24-5) will now prepare for their game against Larkin (Elgin, IL). The Royals go into the Upstate Eight game with a 4-24 record. In their last game, Larkin was overwhelmed by West Chicago (West Chicago, IL), 14-1, in a league game.

Next, the Saxons play the Prospect Knights (Mt. Prospect, IL) in a Mid-Suburban - East game, on Monday, May 19. Schaumburg will attempt to improve on its 8-22 season record. The Knights go into the game with a 19-9 record after their 16-9 league win over Palatine (Palatine, IL).
