Illinois High School Lacrosse - Carmel drops to Evanston

Evanston Wildkits (Evanston, IL) backers exited the stadium satisfied Saturday as they saw their lacrosse team top the visiting Carmel Corsairs (Mundelein, IL), 16-7 in a non-league game.
With the victory, Evanston improves its record to 15-3 on the season.
The Corsairs now have a 13-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lake Forest for a non-league game on Tuesday, May 20. Carmel will play a Scouts team coming off a 16-6 league win over Lake Zurich (Lake Zurich, IL). The Scouts record now stands at 15-3.
