Michigan High School Soccer - Stoney Creek knocks off Powers Catholic

In Saturday's non-league outing, the visiting Stoney Creek Cougars soccer squad scored a tight 3-0 victory over the Powers Catholic Chargers.
The Cougars (4-10) will now prepare for their outing against Utica Eisenhower (Shelby Township, MI). The Eagles go into the non-league outing with a 15-2 record. In their last outing, Utica Eisenhower got by L'Anse Creuse North (Macomb, MI), 5-0, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Chargers play the Grand Blanc Bobcats (Grand Blanc, MI) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, May 20. Powers Catholic will attempt to improve on its 4-8 season record. The Bobcats go into the outing with a 11-4 record after their 1-1 non-league Mattawan (Mattawan, MI).
