Indiana High School Softball - Daleville New Castle

May 17, 2025: New Castle, IN 47362

The New Castle Trojans overwhelmed the visiting Daleville Broncos softball squad by a count of 8-3 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Trojans meet the Yorktown Tigers (Yorktown, IN) in a Hoosier Heritage challenge, on Saturday, May 17. New Castle will attempt to upgrade on its 10-7 season record. The Tigers go into the challenge with a 13-4 record after their 9-1 non-league loss to Noblesville (Noblesville, IN).

The Broncos (13-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Tri (Straughn, IN). The Titans go into the non-league challenge with a 15-5 record. In their last challenge, Tri held off Cambridge City Lincoln (Cambridge City, IN), 7-0, in a league challenge.
