In Saturday's non-league match, the host Iowa-Grant Panthers softball team scored a nice 10-2 win over the Kickapoo Panthers.

The Panthers (13-8) will now prepare for their match against Mineral Point (Mineral Point, WI). The Pointers come into the SWAL match with a 17-5 record. In their last match, Mineral Point notched a victory over Fennimore (Fennimore, WI), 13-2, in a league match.

In their next game, the Panthers confront the Wauzeka-Steuben Hornets (Wauzeka, WI) in a Ridge & Valley match, on Monday, May 19. Kickapoo will attempt to better on its 9-11 season record.
