In Saturday's non-league test, the New Philadelphia Quakers (New Philadelphia, OH) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Louisville Leopards (Louisville, OH), by a count of 10-5.

Next, the Quakers meet the Dover Crimson Tornadoes (Dover, OH) in a non-league test, on Monday, May 19. New Philadelphia will attempt to upgrade on its 20-7 season record. The Crimson Tornadoes go into the test with a 22-3 record after their 1-0 non-league win over Tri-Valley (Dresden, OH).

The Leopards (13-14) will now prepare for their test against Copley (Copley, OH). The Indians go into the non-league test with a 11-14 record. In their last test, Copley held off Alliance (Alliance, OH), 6-3, in a non-league test.
