The Griffith Institute Griffins routed the host Albion Purple Eagles softball squad by a final score of 18-13 in Wednesday's non-league battle.

The Griffins (6-10) will now prepare for their battle against Olean (Olean, NY). The Huskies go into the non-league battle with a 11-7 record. In their last battle, Olean held off Falconer (Falconer, NY), 14-2, in a league battle.

The Purple Eagles now possess a 5-6 record.
