The Meadville Bulldogs softball team scored 15 runs and limited the visiting Mercer Mustangs to 5 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Wednesday.
With the triumph, Meadville moves its record to 5-11 on the year. The Bulldogs host Erie (Erie, PA) to clash with the Royals in a District 10 Region 5 game on Thursday, May 19. The Royals come into the game with a record of 0-5.
In their next game, the Mustangs clash with the West Middlesex Big Reds (West Middlesex, PA) in a District 10 Region 1 game, on Thursday, May 19. Mercer will attempt to move on its 1-8 season record.
