In Thursday's league battle, the Wells Warriors (Wells, ME) lacrosse squad routed the visiting Lake Region Lakers (Naples, ME), by a count of 15-3.
Coming up next, the Warriors clash with the Freeport Falcons (Freeport, ME) in a Class C battle, on Monday, May 22. Wells will attempt to advance on its 8-2 season record. The Falcons come into the battle with a 9-1 record after their 6-3 non-league win over York (York, ME).
The Lakers now own a 4-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Waynflete for a Class C battle on Saturday, May 20. Lake Region will clash with a Flyers squad coming off a 10-7 non-league win over Gorham (Gorham, ME). The Flyers record now stands at 3-6.
