The Carroll Chargers softball team scored 5 runs and limited the visiting Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran Cadets to 2 in the Chargers non-league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Carroll moves its record to 10-13 on the year. The Chargers travel to Adams Central (Monroe, IN) to clash with the Flying Jets in a non-league game on Friday, May 19. The Flying Jets come into the game with a record of 17-3. Adams Central won 16-1 in their recent non-league game against Northfield (Wabash, IN)

In their next game, the Cadets clash with the Garrett Railroaders (Garrett, IN) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, May 23. Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran will attempt to move on its 11-11 season record.
