The Kasson-Mantorville Komets crushed the host St. Paul Academy-Summit Spartans baseball team by a count of 12-1 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Komets now possess a 10-10 record. They take the field next when they host St. Peter for a non-league bout on Tuesday, May 21.
Next, the Spartans face the North Lakes Academy Huskies (Forest Lake, MN) in a non-league bout, on Monday, May 20. St. Paul Academy-Summit will attempt to move on its 3-14 season record. The Huskies enter the bout with a 3-9 record after their 4-2 non-league win over West Lutheran (Plymouth, MN).
