The Manchester Essex Hornets baseball team (Manchester, MA), was overwhelmed 5-0 in Saturday's non-league outing with the visiting Triton Regional Vikings (Byfield, MA)

The Vikings now hold a 9-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Essex North Shore Agric & Tech School for a non-league outing on Tuesday, May 21.

Next, the Hornets face the Georgetown Royals (Georgetown, MA) in a CAL Baker outing, on Tuesday, May 21. Manchester Essex will attempt to advance on its 5-12 season record. The Royals enter the outing with a 16-1 record after their 6-0 non-league win over Newburyport (Newburyport, MA).
