The Gaylord Blue Devils softball team scored 16 runs and limited the host Milford Mavericks to 0 in the Blue Devils non-league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, Gaylord improves its record to 24-3 on the year. The Blue Devils travel to Hanover-Horton (Horton, MI) to clash with the Comets in a non-league game on Saturday, May 18. The Comets come into the game with a record of 8-3. Hanover-Horton lost 11-7 in their recent non-league game against Coldwater (Coldwater, MI)

In their next game, the Mavericks clash with the Pinckney Pirates (Pinckney, MI) in a non-league game, on Saturday, May 18. Milford will attempt to improve on its 6-11 season record. The Pirates come into the game with a 11-9 record after their 6-5 non-league loss to Gaylord (Gaylord, MI).
