The Oak Creek Knights overwhelmed the host Westosha Central Falcons softball squad by a count of 12-7 in Monday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Knights meet the Mukwonago Indians (Mukwonago, WI) in a Classic Eight challenge, on Tuesday, May 19. Oak Creek will attempt to upgrade on its 18-6 season record. The Indians go into the challenge with a 5-14 record after their 8-4 non-league loss to Burlington (Burlington, WI).
The Falcons (10-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Beloit Memorial (Beloit, WI). The Knights go into the Southern Lakes challenge with a 2-16 record. In their last challenge, Beloit Memorial was routed by Burlington (Burlington, WI), 3-1, in a league challenge.
