The Glastonbury Guardians baseball team (Glastonbury, CT), was overwhelmed 12-7 in Friday's non-league outing with the host Newington Nor'easters (Newington, CT)
The Nor'easters now hold a 14-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Vinal RVT for a non-league outing on Saturday, May 20. Newington will confront a Hawks team coming off a 8-0 league loss to Wilcox RVT (Meriden, CT). The Hawks record now stands at 2-15.
Next, the Guardians confront the Simsbury Trojans (Simsbury, CT) in a non-league outing, on Monday, May 22. Glastonbury will attempt to advance on its 12-7 season record. The Trojans go into the outing with a 7-11 record after their 4-2 non-league win over East Hartford (East Hartford, CT).
