In Friday's non-league test, the host Champlain Valley Union Redhawks lacrosse squad scored a tight 6-4 victory over the Woodstock Wasps.
The Redhawks now have a 11-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to South Burlington for a Division I test on Tuesday, May 23. Champlain Valley Union will face a Wolves squad coming off a 9-8 league loss to Champlain Valley Union (Hinesburg, VT). The Wolves record now stands at 0-1.
