In Friday's non-league test, the host Scarborough Red Storm lacrosse squad scored a tight 7-4 victory over the Portland Bulldogs.
The Red Storm now have a 4-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cape Elizabeth for a Class A South test on Tuesday, May 23.
In their next game, the Bulldogs face the Bangor Rams (Bangor, ME) in a Class A North test, on Monday, May 22. Portland will attempt to move on its 6-5 season record. The Rams come into the test with a 7-4 record after their 18-2 league win over Edward Little (Auburn, ME).
