Spectators at Friday's non-league match between the North Dorchester Eagles (Hurlock, MD) and the host Chesapeake Math & IT Academy North Tigers (Laurel, MD), witnessed North Dorchester's softball squad prevail over Chesapeake Math & IT Academy North by a count of 11-0.
The Eagles now sport a 21-2 record. They play next when they travel to Patterson Mill for a non-league match on Tuesday, May 23. North Dorchester will meet a squad coming off a 17-7 non-league win over Francis Scott Key (Union Bridge, MD). The record now stands at 19-3.
With the loss, Chesapeake Math & IT Academy North moves to 9-6 on the season.
