Michigan High School Softball - Union City bounces Comstock

The Union City Chargers (Union City, MI) softball routed the host Comstock Colts (Kalamazoo, MI), 19-3 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Chargers (2-2) will now prepare for their bout against Burr Oak (Burr Oak, MI). The Bobcats go into the non-league bout with a 9-2 record. In their last bout, Burr Oak notched a victory over Pittsford (Pittsford, MI), 9-3, in a league bout.

The Colts now possess a 2-8 record. They play next when they travel to Bangor for a non-league bout on Monday, May 22. Comstock will confront a Vikings squad coming off a 13-0 non-league win over Lawrence (Lawrence, MI). The Vikings record now stands at 5-3.
