Washington High School Softball - Franklin Pierce gets by North Mason

Spectators at Friday's non-league match between the Franklin Pierce Cardinals (Tacoma, WA) and the visiting North Mason Bulldogs (Belfair, WA), witnessed Franklin Pierce's softball squad tip North Mason by a count of 12-11.

The Cardinals now sport a 11-8 record. They play next when they travel to Orting for a 2A South Puget Sound match on Friday, May 19. Franklin Pierce will face a Cardinals squad coming off a 24-1 league win over Clover Park (Lakewood, WA). The Cardinals record now stands at 14-1.

With the loss, North Mason moves to 4-9 on the season.
