The Austin Packers baseball squad (Austin, MN), was edged 3-2 in Monday's non-league contest with the host Kasson-Mantorville Komets (Kasson, MN)

With the triumph, Kasson-Mantorville moves its record to 10-9 on the season. The Komets travel to Lakeville South (Lakeville, MN) to confront the Cougars in a non-league contest on Tuesday, May 20. The Cougars come into the contest with a record of 9-8.

The Packers now possess a 7-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to John Marshall for a Big 9 contest on Tuesday, May 20. Austin will confront a Rockets squad coming off a 9-2 league loss to Northfield (Northfield, MN). The Rockets record now stands at 6-12.
