Ohio High School Baseball - Berkshire nips Geneva

May 19, 2025: Burton, OH 44021

The Berkshire Badgers baseball team scored 7 runs and held the visiting Geneva Eagles to 6 in the Badgers non-league win on Monday.

The Badgers now own a 5-14 record. They take the field next when they host Pymatuning Valley for a non-league test on Wednesday, May 21. Berkshire will play a Lakers team coming off a 12-3 non-league win over Lakeside (Ashtabula, OH). The Lakers record now stands at 16-6.

With the defeat, Geneva drops to 5-12 on the year. The Eagles travel to Twinsburg (Twinsburg, OH) to play the Tigers in a non-league test on Thursday, May 22. The Tigers go into the test with a record of 15-8. Twinsburg lost 1-0 in their recent league test against Hudson (Hudson, OH)
