The Northwest Catholic Lions (West Hartford, CT) baseball the host Lewis Mills Spartans (Burlington, CT), 4-1 in Monday's non-league challenge.
The Lions now own a 8-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wilbur Cross for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 27. Northwest Catholic will clash with a Governors team coming off a 17-2 non-league loss to Notre Dame (West Haven, CT). The Governors record now stands at 0-19.
With the defeat, Lewis Mills drops to 2-15 on the year. The Spartans host Bristol Central (Bristol, CT) to clash with the Rams in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 20. The Rams go into the challenge with a record of 7-6.
