Woodside Wolverines (Newport News, VA) boosters exited the stadium pleased Monday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the visiting Kecoughtan Warriors (Hampton, VA), 4-0 in a league test.

With the triumph, Woodside moves its record to 9-6 on the campaign. The Wolverines travel to Gloucester (Gloucester, VA) to clash with the Dukes in a Peninsula test on Tuesday, May 20. The Dukes come into the test with a record of 11-4. Gloucester won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Lakeland (Suffolk, VA)

The Warriors now sport a 8-8 record. They take the field next when they host Heritage for a Peninsula test on Tuesday, May 20. Kecoughtan will clash with a Hurricanes team coming off a 8-0 league loss to Gloucester (Gloucester, VA). The Hurricanes record now stands at 0-13.
