The Hand Tigers lacrosse squad scored 20 points and limited the host Shelton Gaels to 4 in the Tigers league triumph on Monday.

The Tigers now hold a 10-6 record. They take the field next when they host Guilford for a Southern Connecticut challenge on Saturday, May 24. Hand will clash with a Grizzlies squad coming off a 17-0 league loss to Fairfield Prep (Fairfield, CT). The Grizzlies record now stands at 10-7.

With the loss, Shelton falls to 6-7 on the year. The Gaels travel to Amity Regional (Woodbridge, CT) to clash with the Spartans in a Southern Connecticut challenge on Thursday, May 22. The Spartans go into the challenge with a record of 9-6. Amity Regional won 16-2 in their recent league challenge against Law (Milford, CT)
