In Monday's league match, the visiting Cheverus Stags softball team scored a nice 15-0 victory over the Massabesic Mustangs.

The Stags (9-0) will now prepare for their match against Kennebunk (Kennebunk, ME). The Rams go into the Class A South match with a 8-2 record. In their last match, Kennebunk gained a win over Falmouth (Falmouth, ME), 17-0, in a league match.

In their next game, the Mustangs battle the Deering Rams (Portland, ME) in a Class A South match, on Tuesday, May 20. Massabesic will attempt to better on its 4-5 season record. The Rams go into the match with a 1-6 record after their 21-2 league loss to Cheverus (Portland, ME).
