Ohio High School Softball - Hardin Northern edges Elgin

The Hardin Northern Polar Bears softball team scored 11 runs and held the host Elgin Comets to 9 in the Polar Bears league win on Monday.

The Polar Bears now possess a 16-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to McComb for a non-league battle on Tuesday, May 20. Hardin Northern will confront a Panthers team coming off a 8-7 non-league loss to Leipsic (Leipsic, OH). The Panthers record now stands at 7-13.

With the loss, Elgin moves to 7-15 on the season.
