The J.P. Stevens Hawks (Edison, NJ) softball routed the visiting Highland Park Owls (Highland Park, NJ), 9-3 in Monday's non-league outing.
The Hawks now sport a 3-16 record.
With the loss, Highland Park moves to 9-5 on the season. The Owls travel to Somerville (Somerville, NJ) to encounter the Pioneers in a non-league outing on Tuesday, May 20. The Pioneers come into the outing with a record of 17-5. Somerville won 3-1 in their recent non-league outing against Gill St. Bernard's (Gladstone, NJ)
