The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Regis Ramblers (Eau Claire, WI) and the visiting Independence/Gilmanton Indees (Independence, WI), observed Regis's softball team prevail over Independence/Gilmanton by a tally of 17-7.
The Ramblers (8-19) will now prepare for their bout against Boyceville (Boyceville, WI). The Bulldogs go into the non-league bout with a 14-5 record. In their last bout, Boyceville was routed by Baldwin-Woodville (Baldwin, WI), 11-0, in a non-league bout.
In their next game, the Indees clash with the Osseo-Fairchild Thunder (Osseo, WI) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, May 20. Independence/Gilmanton will attempt to advance on its 3-12 season record. The Thunder go into the bout with a 3-12 record after their 6-1 non-league loss to Augusta (Augusta, WI).
