In Monday's league test, the Lewiston Blue Devils (Lewiston, ME) softball squad got by the visiting Skowhegan River Hawks (Skowhegan, ME), by a tally of 5-4.

Next, the Blue Devils clash with the Mt. Blue Cougars (Farmington, ME) in a Class A North test, on Wednesday, May 21. Lewiston will attempt to advance on its 5-6 season record. The Cougars go into the test with a 4-4 record after their 9-2 league loss to Camden Hills (Rockport, ME).

The River Hawks (6-3) will now prepare for their test against Hampden (Hampden, ME). The Broncos go into the Class A North test with a 6-4 record. In their last test, Hampden was nudged by Edward Little (Auburn, ME), 20-10, in a league test.
