The crowd at Monday's league bout between the Plymouth Bobcats (Plymouth, NH) and the host Pembroke Spartans (Pembroke, NH), observed Plymouth's softball team prevail over Pembroke by a tally of 14-1.
The Bobcats (4-9) will now prepare for their bout against ConVal (Peterborough, NH). The Cougars go into the Division II bout with a 10-1 record. In their last bout, ConVal knocked off Merrimack Valley (Penacook, NH), 4-2, in a league bout.
In their next game, the Spartans clash with the Campbell (Litchfield, NH) in a Division II bout, on Wednesday, May 21. Pembroke will attempt to advance on its 3-7 season record. The go into the bout with a 5-7 record after their 7-0 non-league win over Manchester West (Manchester, NH).
