Maine High School Baseball - Deering nips Windham

May 19, 2026: Windham, ME 04062

The Deering Rams baseball team scored 5 runs and held the host Windham Eagles to 4 in the Rams league win on Tuesday.

The Rams now own a 2-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Massabesic for a Class A South test on Saturday, May 23. Deering will play a Mustangs team coming off a 4-0 league loss to Cheverus (Portland, ME). The Mustangs record now stands at 8-6.

With the defeat, Windham drops to 2-9 on the year. The Eagles host Thornton Academy (Saco, ME) to play the Trojans in a Class A South test on Thursday, May 21. The Trojans go into the test with a record of 7-2. Thornton Academy won 11-5 in their recent league test against Noble (North Berwick, ME)
