The Port Jefferson Royals lacrosse team scored 18 points and held the host Deer Park Falcons to 6 in the Royals league win on Monday.

The Royals (3-6) will now prepare for their game against Bellport (Brookhaven, NY). The Clippers go into the Section 11 II game with a 3-6 record. In their last game, Bellport prevailed over Southampton (Southampton, NY), 16-2, in a league game.

The Falcons (3-10) will now prepare for their game against West Islip (West Islip, NY). The Lions go into the non-league game with a 3-9 record. In their last game, West Islip was overwhelmed by West Babylon (West Babylon, NY), 13-5, in a non-league game.
