The crowd at Monday's league challenge between the Branford Hornets (Branford, CT) and the host Law Lawmen (Milford, CT), saw Branford's lacrosse team overcome Law by a margin of 17-9.

The Hornets (6-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Morgan (Clinton, CT). The Huskies enter the non-league challenge with a 6-4 record. In their last challenge, Morgan was overwhelmed by Old Lyme (Old Lyme, CT), 16-9, in a league challenge.

The Lawmen (3-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Foran (Milford, CT). The Lions enter the Southern Connecticut challenge with a 8-1 record. In their last challenge, Foran beat Hamden (Hamden, CT), 15-4, in a league challenge.
