In Monday's non-league test, the host Canisius Crusaders lacrosse squad scored a tight 7-4 victory over the McQuaid Jesuit Knights.
The Crusaders now have a 9-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bishop Timon-St. Jude for a Monsignor Martin test on Tuesday, May 3. Canisius will face a Tigers squad coming off a 20-1 league loss to St. Mary's (Lancaster, NY). The Tigers record now stands at 1-7.
In their next game, the Knights face the Webster Schroeder Warriors (Webster, NY) in a non-league test, on Saturday, May 7. McQuaid Jesuit will attempt to move on its 9-3 season record.
