The crowd at Monday's league challenge between the Culpeper County Blue Devils (Culpeper, VA) and the visiting James Monroe Yellow Jackets (Fredericksburg, VA), saw Culpeper County's lacrosse team achieve victory over James Monroe by a margin of 12-6.

The Blue Devils (4-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Meridian (Falls Church, VA). The Mustangs enter the non-league challenge with a 5-5 record. In their last challenge, Meridian edged Handley (Winchester, VA), 9-5, in a non-league challenge.

The Yellow Jackets (3-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Eastern View (Culpeper, VA). The Cyclones enter the Battlefield challenge with a 1-7 record. In their last battle, Eastern View was overwhelmed by Fauquier (Warrenton, VA), 24-3, in a non-league battle.
