The Medina Mustangs lacrosse team scored 8 points and held the visiting Starpoint Spartans to 3 in the Mustangs non-league win on Monday.

The Mustangs (3-5) will now prepare for their game against Akron (Akron, NY). The Tigers go into the Class D game with a 7-2 record. In their last game, Akron nudged Newfane (Newfane, NY), 21-5, in a league game.
