Council Rock South Golden Hawks (Holland, PA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Central Bucks South Titans (Warrington, PA), 1-0 in a league challenge.

The Golden Hawks now own a 6-4 record. They take the field next when they host Neshaminy for a Suburban One - National challenge on Wednesday, May 4. Council Rock South will face a Redskins squad coming off a 8-0 non-league win over Central Bucks East (Doylestown, PA). The Redskins record now stands at 8-3.

With the loss, Central Bucks South falls to 4-8 on the campaign. The Titans host Souderton (Souderton, PA) to face the Indians in a Suburban One - Continental challenge on Wednesday, May 4. The Indians enter the challenge with a record of 3-1. Souderton lost 8-0 in their recent league challenge against North Penn (Lansdale, PA)
