The Lexington Minutemen (Lexington, IL) softball the visiting Eureka Hornets (Eureka, IL), 6-4 in Monday's league bout.
The Minutemen (14-5) will now prepare for their bout against Fisher (Fisher, IL). The Bunnies go into the Heart of Illinois bout with a 12-5 record. In their last bout, Fisher by Tremont (Tremont, IL), 8-0, in a league bout.
The Hornets now possess a 4-9 record. They play next when they travel to Metamora for a non-league bout on Wednesday, May 4.
