With the triumph, Lakes moves its record to 9-6 on the year. The Lancers host Spanaway Lake (Spanaway, WA) to play the Sentinels in a 3A Pierce County contest on Tuesday, May 3. The Sentinels come into the contest with a record of 1-7. Spanaway Lake lost 20-8 in their recent league contest against Lincoln (Tacoma, WA)

In their next game, the Sentinels play the Enumclaw Hornets (Enumclaw, WA) in a 2A South Puget Sound contest, on Wednesday, May 4. Steilacoom will attempt to move on its 3-7 season record. The Hornets come into the contest with a 10-4 record after their 20-3 league win over Foss (Tacoma, WA).
