Mississinawa Valley Blackhawks (Union City, OH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Randolph Southern Rebels (Lynn, IN), 15-4 in a non-league challenge.

The Blackhawks now own a 2-10 record. They take the field next when they host Dixie for a Western Ohio Athletic challenge on Wednesday, May 4.

With the loss, Randolph Southern falls to 0-10 on the campaign. The Rebels host Northeastern (Fountain City, IN) to face the Knights in a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 5. The Knights enter the challenge with a record of 10-5. Northeastern won 10-4 in their recent league challenge against Winchester Community (Winchester, IN)
